Grade II Listed Townhouse

This grade II listed building in the heart of Guildford centre underwent huge renovation and reconfiguration. We left nothing untouched in this whole house project. Creating a media room and huge functional utility room, guest bedroom and bathroom in the basement. In the rest of the house we worked with existing panelling and beams to keep the character of this beautiful house but bring it into the modern day.

This beautiful corner of a study provides the perfect place to relax and look out on to the stunning garden. We love the use of different patterns in this room as well - both on the curtain fabric and on the back of this striking armchair.
