Rebranding

So with a fresh start, I decided I needed a much cleaner and yes fresher brand identity so I turned to Tim Higgins, who was recommended to me by his lovely sister. His style is very sleek and I knew he would be able to help me create just what I wanted for Anna Wilson Interiors. Its been a very exciting process and we are just putting the final tweaks together on the website, which of course I will reveal to you as soon as it is complete and beautiful, you need to be patient though as I want it to be as close to perfect as possible before launching.

I wanted a whole new look, so out went the old business cards and in came the newer, more sophisticated business cards and comp slips. I was so lucky to be able to visit Identity Print who were making them. It was like taking a step back in time. So although business cards aren’t necessary an item for the home the process was of such quality and craftsmanship that I just had to share the experience with you.

Personally I think my grey and gold cards are rather beautiful. My very own brass stamp has been created to stamp the foil on each card, A piece which is frame worthy on its own.

Some of the machines are so old and beautiful, recommissioned due to their superior quality, such as the beautiful Swift bonding machine, used to glue two different coloured cards together and was therefore used on my stunning new cards.

While some of the printing machines are state of the art as you can see printing my compliments slips.

Every process is using a machine which Identity believe creates the best quality of print, foil blocking, embossing possible. The quality is outstanding. I was very excited to be shown some of their work for clients such as Stella McCartney, Jimmy Choo and other leading brand ambassadors. And to think that little me was having my business cards created and printed in the same place as these greats. It makes me smile just to think of it!

As I write this my cards are currently being weighted down in a big press, and I am waiting in eager anticipation for their delivery to me later this week.
